We are seeking a high energy, self-starter to grow with our company as an Office Admin. Candidates must be task oriented with the ability to adjust and learn quickly, as well as handle multiple tasks with extreme attention to detail, greet visitors and answer all incoming calls with a warm welcome, and assist the Office Manager and VP of Operations and Development with administrative tasks, data entry and perform general office duties and other assigned responsibilities.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Greet and provide general support to visitors and direct them, accordingly, treat them with respect and care.
- Answer all incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate staff, maintain and respond to emails.
- Maintain company calendars, events, etc and help Office Manager with notices, agenda’s and quarterly newsletters.
- Serving as an assistant to the Office Manager, completing any and all tasks as assigned, such as data entry, preparing letters and reports, task management, running errands, etc.
- Work with IT to maintain company websites, social media and marketing needs.
- Assistance with some HR responsibilities as needed.
- Assistance with Safety & Compliance as needed.
- Work with staff on insurance, benefits, renewals, and card distribution.
- Verify time reporting at the first of each week and check maps for clock in/out and then adjust spreadsheet accordingly for preparation of payroll.
- Issue purchase orders and take orders for materials as needed.
- Ensure that all deliveries have payment authorizations, active and in good standing credit accounts, or other forms of payment prior to delivery of any materials.
- Work with IT to create content on social media and website
- Work with Office Manager to ensure company newsletter is created and distributed
- Other office duties required are copying, scanning and filing, some light cleaning, watering the plants, running errands if needed and working with the other office staff to ensure completion of all office tasks.
- 2-3 years of experience working in a construction office environment.
- 3+ years advanced computer skills.
- Basic construction knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to establish loyal relationships.
- Friendly, professional, and courteous with strong customer service skills.
- Physical Ability to stand, sit, bend, crouch, use fingers and hands to handle or feel as well as reaching with hands and arms to spaces both high and low.

As a Pipe Laborer you play a key role in assisting and providing manual labor for pipe laying, underground utilities and excavation construction on various types of projects, under the direction of the Project Foreman. You will perform a variety of tasks such as hand digging, loading & unloading materials, laying pipe, assisting the entire crew on the project, run parts and flagging. Will also operate small equipment such as compressors, pumps, saws, and compaction equipment. It is your responsibility to maintain safe practices while working on projects and be well aware of your surroundings. Pipe Laborer will play a key role in the day-to-day operations and efficiency of the crew, by working hard to assist the Project Foreman in the completion of the project.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Assisting Project Foreman and crew with laying pipe in trenches, attaching laterals, fittings, valves and curb inlets, as well as general excavation and grading.
- You will be required to perform other general tasks including hand digging with a shovel and various tools, greasing & cleaning the equipment and jobsite, sweeping, loading & unloading of equipment and materials, and flagging.
- Required to operate and maintain small equipment and tools, such as pumps, generators, compactors and saws.
- Drive a company vehicle to gather parts for the jobsite.
- Maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all regulations, procedures and policies of the company.
- Maintain visual and audible contact with other crewman and all moving or stationary persons/vehicles/objects to ensure safe coordination of movement.
- Any and all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Valid Driver License and dependable transportation to the jobsites, as well as proper clothing for the environment.
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, crouch, use fingers and hands to handle or feel as well as reaching with hands and arms to spaces both high and low.
- Must be able to lift &/or carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs as needed with or without assistance.
- Required to work outside in all of the elements with constant exposure to dirt, dust, and outdoor temperatures for up to 10 hours a day, along with direct sunlight and exposure to hot and cold temperatures.
- Willingness to work overtime, after hours, weekends, and on-call for emergencies.
- OSHA 10-hour
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
- 6+ months experience laying pipe with general excavation experience in wet/dry utilities.
- Basic understanding of underground utility, laying pipe, general construction, trucking and equipment

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Diesel Field Mechanic. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day operations and efficiency of the company, by keeping the field trucks and equipment in good working condition. Ensures that all equipment, including small equipment, fleet vehicles and heavy trucks are assessed and repaired accordingly within a reasonable time frame and ensures that repairs and preventive maintenance are accurate and complete. Completion of all work orders accurately and timely is a vital part of the maintenance and repair process.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Conduct field visits to assess equipment & vehicles and make repairs and conduct preventive maintenance as required.
- Evaluate and complete all repairs and maintenance for equipment and vehicles in the field and in the shop as needed. Notify the Shop Manager as soon as each job is complete.
- Carry out routine maintenance procedures, services, greasing, etc. on all equipment and vehicles.
- Complete work orders and all other paperwork accurately to track repairs and maintenance on the equipment and vehicles. The job is not complete until the paperwork is complete.
- Request parts and materials from the Shop Manager, as well as letting them know what parts can be returned.
- Keep an accurate log of all work performed and report to the Shop Manager.
- Keep all equipment, parts and tools in a clean and organized manner for a clean and smooth return.
- Document and return any unused parts and communicate with the Shop Manager immediately.
- Collaborate with other staff to troubleshoot issues and concerns.
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures and work to ensure the safety of others, including the safety of the equipment and vehicles.
- Attend regular 1:1 with Shop Manager to review status of projects.
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Shop Manager or Executive Board.

- OSHA 10-hour certification.

We are currently seeking a very organized and detail-oriented Parts & Inventory Manager to oversee the organization and implementation of inventory controls for the fleet, equipment & machinery, parts, tools and supplies. You will assist with fleet tracking, licensing, permits, and safety & compliance. It is important that you work with office staff to file truck, equipment and machinery, parts, tools and supply related documents. Most importantly, you are responsible to work closely with the Executive Board and Managers to organize and maintain all inventory in the shop and yard and ensure that items are being tracked, entered into and removed from inventory, when necessary, ordered and returned, serviced, repaired or sent out and picked up.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Organize and maintain all parts, tools, supplies, equipment & machinery in the yard with the assistance of the Managers and Executive Board
- Scrap or sell equipment, parts, etc in coordination with the Executive Board
- Organize and track inventory list of all parts, tools, vehicles, equipment & machinery in the yard and shop
- Maintain records for licenses, permits, registration, and insurance for all vehicles, machines, and equipment system
- Maintain equipment and vehicle numbers to easily identify & setup new equipment with safety essentials
- Maintain inventory tracking system
- Work with the Executive Board to create an inventory system and manage inventory in and out of the shop or yard and record in system
- Occasionally operate equipment as needed in the yard
- Responsible for service and maintenance on all equipment used in the yard & verify with Shop Manager that equipment coming & going is serviced and cleaned upon return to ensure it is ready to leave
- Work with Shop Assistant to run for parts and supplies, as well as run small equipment in for repairs and track spending
- Work with Shop Manager and accounting to verify all inventory orders for parts, supplies, outside repairs are requested through the PO system and invoices are approved per quote/work requested for payment processing, and return credits
- Attend regular 1:1 meeting with Supervisor to review status of projects
- All other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor or Executive Board
